I really haven't used the Power Pressure Cooker XL as yet but my hubby and I are thrilled with the way it is made. I really don't understand the pressure valve you say there is a spring under it. Well I see something that looks like a paper clip and when I tried to steam the water in it for the first time I had trouble making it stay in place. Please let me know what I am doing wrong. I called you and spoke to a man but could not get the info I wanted. Thank You

I have owned a 6 quart Power Pressure Cooker for a couple of years. It has proven to be very reliable and easy to use. I wanted a larger one, so my 6 quart Power Pressure Cooker experience convinced me to buy the 10 quart Power Pressure Cooker XL. Just as the 6 quart, the 10 quart Power Pressure Cooker XL fits the bill with the many cooking options features. The larger size also allows cooking of a larger roast or ham. Primarily, I use one or the other every day to cook skinless chicken breasts for my three Chihuahuas... along with cooking family dishes... so they get heavy use. With two Power Pressure Cookers I now have the flexibility to use either size needed... or both simultaneously if one is tied up when I need to do additional pressure cooking. This certainly saves time.

When I ordered the pressure cooker, I didn't realize how big the 10 quart would be. It's a little overwhelming. Anyway, I didn't even take it out of the box. I have returned the pressure cooker and the cookbook via UPS. You should be receiving it by early next week. I would appreciate the refund as soon as possible, as well as, cancellation of the two remaining payments. Thank you. Carol Lynn

Customer service was terrible! Never had an answer to any of my questions. The pressure cooker ruined two meals, which, when cooked on tv and came out great! When I said tht to customer service, her response was, "well thts television" I responded, "thts false advertisement!! Pasta burned and never even cooked, and yes I added extra liquid and still did not cook. Returned the product a week ago and have yet to see my refund!! Horrible product and terrible customer service!! Oh, and my chicken came out dry.

I thought I was getting the big cookbook. When my package was delivered it wasn't included. She kept asking me so many questions and trying to sell me more stuff that it was distracting. I'd recommend to buy the cooker through a different source.

It is the most wonderful cooker I have ever owned and I am going to be 80 years old next year. My daughter gave it to me as a Christmas gift and I bought Eric's cook book and have made the most wonderful meals that my family love. I recommend it to all of my friends.

I was very disappointed about the $100 for groceries. It was just for coupons. That was the worse thing

The only problem I've come across is the time out you have to take when it gets hot. BUT IT WORKS GREAT!!!

The pressure cooker is fuckin awesome! Anyone can be a professional chef with this thing. I was always good with making stuff like burgers hot dogs steaks and breakfast foods. I wasn't good with chicken, for some reason it always looked dark or chared on the outside but pink in the middle and I was never able to do noodles now with the pressure cooker just set the timer and it comes out perfect every time. The Cooper frying pan is also awesome and easy to clean. The cookbook is easy to follow with enough recepies to keep me busy for a while. The $100.00 rebate I feel was a scam because I have yet to receive it. I called the number after I went online and ordered it they suggested to check my junk folder..or my spam folder it wasn't in there then they asked what number I used I told them they said it was my confirmation number not my order number I went back put my order number in it said they will send it in 24-48 hrs...they never did I called the number it's disconnected....so what the hell? Otherwise everything else is good:) .thank you.

Easy, convenient and good for preparing vegetables for freezing. The only problem is sometimes it burns on the bottom of the pan and is hard to clean.
