It didn't work. We just sent it back for a replacement. We have a friend who has one and loves it, she also agreed that the one you sent us was defective. I sent it back yesterday, hope it doesn't take 2 months to receive replacement. I also expect to pay no handling/shipping charge since the first one was defective. It took over 4 and a half hours to roast a small chicken and completely ruined a chuck roast. Lets hope this one works.

I really love chicken and dumplings potato soup and onion soup and I've never been able to make it until I bought this pressure power cooker XL it makes it a whole lot easier on me I have heart failure and it just makes it a whole lot easier get my meals cooked this way standing up as it is not a easy thing for me to do so I'm able to go ahead and put it all in push button and go back and sit down or lay down so I thank you for that

I'm grateful for the discounted price on the part I needed. The pressure valve gasket should be sold without the valve.

I love the xl. It's amazing how fast everything gets done and how wonderful the food tastes in it! Probably the best kitchen investment I've made in a long time! I'm buying one for my daughter!

The cooker was advertised at $99.00 but my credit card was charged $159.00. The free pan was charge at $59.95. Then to add insult to injury they signed me up for three services that I had to call member services to cancel. You are a scam.

My pressure cooker no longer works. I have used it about 5 times. I called QVC and the cooker's manufacturer but to no avail. I found the part in the handle was missing so I ordered another. But it still doesn't work. Does the shuttle cock have to have the two little wires in in lined up a certain way? Also does it have a washer with it? Do I need a new shuttle clock? It heats but won't build up the pressure.
