“I love this product but I lost the small silicon insert in the lid so I'm waiting for a replacement part. I use this about 3 to 4 times a week.”

“after cooking with both pots the XL 10QT and 6QT the Teflon coating was coming off. I always use wooden spoons and wash with soft cloths. I've been eating the food with this coating in it and that can't be healthy.”

“Not sure yet. The cooker that I received had been severely damaged in delivery by UPS. I had to send it back. The quality looks very nice and I'm excited about getting the replacement cooker.”

“I love my power pressure cooker xl 10 qaurt and now I have a 8 quart also. The only thing that i recommend is the insert be stainless steel or a different type of material. The one that comes with the cookers is hard to wash . I love my 10 quart it is the perfect size to make cheesecakes.”

“I've only had the opportunity to is it once. I cooked a side of pre-season ribs. It cooked then to perfection, just as advertised. The whole cook time was only 40 minutes. I know that if I fallow the recipes all will be great.”

“I ordered 2 pressure cookers. I I insisted that I did not want enrollment in the savers solution program. The rep acknowledged this and tried to pressure me to enroll. I insisted did not want it. Here it is about a month later and I find that saver solution is pulling money from my account. This is fraudulent and theft. I called pressure cooker so for the info to contact the company and by several reps was given a phone number that was not in service. I want nothing more to do with either company and although I love the product I no longer will be using them or referring family and friends to them. This is horrible.”

“Love love love the cooker!!! But the customer service after the initial order was crappy. I said something to the operater about purchasing the hard cover recipe book and that wasnt included in the promotion (even tho it said it on the inframertion) then u purchased the utensils and to this day I DO NOT have them . I've called about them twice but it's time to call again. If u buy this online (which I think there should be one in every home ) don't get any extras. Just a hassle.”

“It is not worth the money spent and the cook book is useless. Maybe if you cooking for a restrauant. We are an average family, want good and fast family meals. I make a big mistake spending hard earned money on this product. Never again!!”

“I really enjoy my Power Pressure Cooker XL, however, I did not receive all my order. I did not understand the $100 grocery coupon. I have lost $200 in charges for this service plus a monthly fee of $7.97 because I didn't understand the program. When I called I couldn't get anyone to understand what I was asking. To me I am really sorry I ordered this Power Pressure Cooker XL because of the service. I feel like I was taken for my money. So for that I can't give you an honest review of the Cooker. All I can say to anyone who is looking to buy this be very careful because they keep adding to the order and then you don't receive all your products and when you call you get no help. Wish I could mail it all back!”
