“The Power Pressure Cooker XL is a very good product. However, i was promised 100 dollars worth of coupons with my order. After i submitted the requested order number twice i have yet to receive my coupons.”

“You have already charged my credit card. I received the cook book on Monday, 7/3/17. I received the copper pan and lid Wednesday, 7/6/17. And the pressure cooker has not been delivered. So far not impressed with HSN. So, before you ask for a review, make sure the customer has the product. I realize your company is extremely busy, so one less customer is no big deal. Count on me not to be a customer in the future.”

“The pressure cooker itself is fine. But the TV ad promised a cookbook. There was no cookbook in our shipment when I called to complain they said that was not part of the deal.”

“I love the safety features! I grew up with one of those old pressure cookers and was pretty nervous about using one! But a friend bought one and told me it's much improved so I bought one. My first experience using it I learned that it won't let me open the lid if the cooker isn't depressurized all the way. I fell in love with it! And my roast turned out perfect in 25 minutes!”

“Your Web site stinks... I tried twice to order the book and was cut off before finishing... I had to call on the phone to order and it went through... I received your 32 dollar book and it is a piece of crap to us... There is two of us in this family and the book cooks for an army... The wife still don't know how to use the cooker so she stumbles through some things and has good ones and bad ones...”
