“I order 2 pressure cookers and after almost 3 weeks i called to check on my delivery status and i was told my order was never placed because i needed to have more that the payment on my account, I always buy on QVC or HSN and never had any problem as long as i have the payment every month for them to take it out of my account, very bad experience and on top when i cancelled my order they put down they ware cancelling because the ware out of order of the product and when it was not true never will order from them again.”

“I really like the cooker but I would have liked a recipe booklet included with the cooker that had simple recipes. The book I ordered has many recipes that I will not use. I feel like I have to fly by the seat of my pants in order to use the cooker.”

“I absolutely love my 10qt power pressure cooker (ppc). As a full time working mom before this ppc we ate out or at 8 o'clock at night now we eat no later then 6:30. Most meals take 1 hr. that's including prep time. It's so easy even my husband enjoys making dinner. Buy it you won't be sorry you did!”

“It really tenderizes tough meat and makes the best lasagna. It cooks in one third the time. I had before and broke it so I ordered a bigger one.”

“When I received it yesterday by UPS, the box was crushed on one-side, and one side of the cooker was bashed in.....very poor packaging, and very poor materials if it was crushed on one side.....not happy at all and going to send it back for hopefully a full refund!! Let's see how promptly I get a refund!”

“It is easy to use. I like that I can put frozen meat in and it comes out wonderfully. However, the time it takes to cook is longer than what the television show states. Plus you have to add the time it takes for the cooker to reach the correct pressure. But that in no way makes it a deal breaker.”

“What you see on Tv is not what you get. I received round pans instead of square and the recipes don't make sense just as the $100 free grocery. I regret oredering this shit.”

“I have not received a purchase order email like I was supposed to get. I was supposed to be on a three month payment plan and instead all of the 141 dollars was deducted from my account immediately. I specifically stated 3 times that I wanted the 39.99 payment plan. I did not state that I wanted the full amount of the purchase withdrawn from my account. You customer service is awful. I did not order the pressure cooker online, I called the 800 number.”

“I haven't tried many recipes yet as I didn't receive any instructions, or just a few, on how to operate the machine. That's why I have ordered the cookbook. If it doesn't have many instructions, I may be disappointed.”

“I. I haven't received it yet!!!!! I was supposed to get it on the 22! 2. Could NOT understand customer service when I called back!!! Had to ask him Charles to speak slower several times! 3. Need my cooker for a party, now gonna have to borrow my sons because he already has his, which he order 2 days later than me!!!”

“I could not buy it on your site my internet security said your site was not safe. We tried to ask about your product on the phone 2 times and the calls were limited to 3 minutes only. Finally a man called back to see if he could help, and then we purchased.”
