“It hasn't made me "happy" yet. I ordered over the phone, not online. The woman that took my order was pleasant, had a slight cough throughout the phone call, and took a bit more time than I would have liked inquiring about me purchasing several additional items. Delivery was very fast, which was appreciated since I wanted to use it as soon as possible. When it came, everything was there...except the recipes included were for the 10-qt cooker (I had purchased the 8qt unit), and so I read for a while and found a website address to go to online for "adjusted amounts" located in the recipe pamphlet provided. However, it gave various recipes but no adjusted amounts. And, the toss and go recipe I was looking for wasn't even listed. So, I then contacted the customer service number provided by telephone. The first gentleman I spoke with was extremely difficult to understand and said he "didn't know" the information that I was asking (which was simply what to adjust the ingredient amounts to for this toss and go), so he said he would transfer me to his supervisor. I held for several moments before being transferred to another woman who also had me on hold several different times to "look for that information". After an extended period of time waiting, she finally told me that I had been sent the 10qt books, and that she would mail out the "right ones" for the 8qt, and said that I would receive in "about 7 days". I asked her what I should do with the ingredients I had purchased to make dinner with that night (as I really wanted to use my cooker, and had previously been excited about cooking dinner for my family)...she said nothing. NOT THE BEST FIRST IMPRESSION, and seriously lacking on effective customer service. I was pretty disappointed, and will go for over a week being unable to utilize something I spent almost $200 on.”

“I was able to cook a recipe that would normally take about 3 hrs in a much shorter time. The things that I DON'T LIKE are that there are no clear instructions on how to actually use the machine & I have to google it ea time & hope it works! Plus, the little markings of open & close on the gasket wore off & I'm not sure which way to turn it & needed to order another one to be safe.”

“The order process was too long. After ordering Raul continued to offer more than what I wanted or was interested in. I understand how he has to follow procedures. I asked him if he was in a call center and he said Yes! I didn't believe that due to the type background noise I could hear. It actually took 27 minutes to complete my order. I'm ordering the product because my Family is big on cooking and some have purchased the Power Pressure Cooker and love it! Can't wait to receive Cooker.”
