“I only had the power pressure cooker for over a year and the lid never sealed correctly and then it locked on me and we couldn't get it off. Had to pry it off and break the power cooker now I am ordering another one hopefully with a better Outlook.”

“The ad said the copper pan was free when purchasing the power cooker. When I called in my order, I was told the matching lid was $4.95 more and I said OK. Now I am charged $14.97 for the copper pan and my phone call got no help with that discrepancy. So I will NOT order from you again, nor will I recommend you to others.”

“I could not make a purchase online. I did attempt to. If this email is from a purchase that went through, I need my money back. I called and made a purchase over the phone. That was a frustrating process because the guy couldn't understand me. My name is even spelled incorrectly for this email.”

“To begin with I was skeptical since the website would not allow me to use PayPal. I placed my order by phone with a gentleman in India who spelled my name wrong. After I orally gave my credit card number, I had misgivings. However, my order arrived timely and was well and securely packaged considering that somehow the Postal Service dropped the package at my door while it was raining. The cardboard packaging was soaked, but my book was unharmed. All went well. I was pleased.”

“I am trouble getting the pressure valve to close. So far not to happy, you should give a recipe book with the cookers after I purchased 2 of them. I have spent over $300 it should have come with it. I am not that good at finding recipes on line!”

“I just received my xl pressure cooker today along with the copper pan, the steamer baskets and the racks. I was very disappointed that the cookbook that I ordered did not come in. I was planning on using this tomorrow when my company come in. Would you please send this cookbook to me since I ordered it on May 13th along with the cooker. Thanks Teresa Revels”
