“Will change my cooker but the mailing was not free can u send me mailing fees or return label u fortunately there's a burn at the bottom and I want a return label it's so expensive when I try to mail its heavy and big”

“Received unit about 6 weeks ago, have been trying to use it following very poor directions in my opinion and cannot get any pressure. I am ready to send unit back and do not want to order another or replace it.”

“I purchased the 10 quart power pressure cooker XL. and the first meal I cooked was 3 racks of pork ribs with one of the recipes from the cookbook by Eric Theiss. Ribs were done in less than an hour from start to the plate. Taste awesome and the Power Pressure Cooker made it too easy for myself. My wife has always done the cooking over 30 years of marriage. My cooking nights always consisted of going out to a restaurant. This purchase I made one late night thinking that I could actually do this to help my wife's life easier. This purchase accomplished making cooking easy for me and for my wife. Happy wife, happy life. Since, the first meal attempt...I've cooked a couple of meals. Not, too mention the ease of clean up after cooking. Very satisfied with this purchase. In fact, seriously considering to purchase the 8 quart power pressure cooker XL for my business office for lunch cooking. I would say, "all who have not done the cooking in their household should own one!"”

“I recently decided to upgrade my last pressure cooker to the Power Pressure Cooker XL. I'm so glad I did! The size is incredible and perfect for my family of 5. I like being able to brown up my meat first before I start the pressure cooking process and I find it a lot easier to do that in the XL. I've also tried out the rice feature and found that perfect too. It's so easy and all you have to do is select the type of rice you're cooking. Pressure cooking is the perfect way to make sure you're cooking healthy for your family, while saving time and not having to put a lot of time into a meal.”

“The float valve gasket fell off and you to order valve and gasket together. That's expensive and I would not recommend this product based on these charges.”

“On the television program it showed (for example) it you are cooking rice, just hit the rice button. It you are cooking ribs hit the meat button. It never showed you had to add time to all of it for the meals to cook. That was one reason I bought it. I have a different kind of pressure cooker that sold on HSN and I really like it a lot better than this one. Also you said we would get a 100.00 coupon to use at any grocery store. Then I get a paper for me to go on line and pick out the coupons I wanted. Well looking on the list I only found 2 that I use. I really not happy with cooker at all.”
