“It is so easy to use!!!!! I love the fact that you can turn it on and don't have to wait for it to "jiggle" and turn the heat down. You don't have to worry about it "blowing up" if the pressure gets to high. I have the 6 quart but plan on buying the bigger one for canning purposes as well as preparing for larger groups.”

“I found the ordering process to be more than needed. I called to order a 10 qt pressure cooker and although I expected other sales pitches, it became ridiculous. It went on and on and on to the point I just said, "This is quite enough" I ordered what I wanted and that was it. The person taking the order continued. When a customer says 'enough", that's what they mean. I almost cancelled the order. Please re think your ordering process. Thank you”

“I still have not received my order also I told the guy that my town was Watauga I even spelled it for him I look at the order and see it's Fort Worth I probably won't get my order there actually is my address in Fort Worth some body will see what it is and keep it I order this a week ago you need to check my order”

“I like the pressure cooker but did not receive grocery coupons even after following the on line instruction. I also had to call to get the copper pans which finally came but,Tim did not receive the cook book even after I called customer service and they told me they would send it. I bought two cookers that work well but the follow thru by the company is lacking and I would not buy from them in the future.”

“Fast, efficient, and tasty recipes from cookbook. Forget advertising food coupons because they are so complicated to get to, don't save much, and Kroger coupons are less trouble and worth more. .I like it so much I'm thinking of getting a small cooker as well. Also, I would like to purchase another inner pan for the XL”

“we made our purchase over the phone. the objection I have is the 29.99 handling fee, I don't recall them mentioning the fee on your tv add. can not rate the pressure cooker because we did not receive it yet. That is the reason for the acceptable rating.”

“like the product, but felt that it was misrepresented on tv commercial sales person was very nice, patient, but there was too much information for him to give me that I did not want or need.I called only to purchase the pressure cooker and not to be sold all other unnecessary stuff.It was time consuming on the phone.I also received the skillet by U.S mail which was confusing,and a day later the pressure cooker”
