“I like my cooker, but it takes a goid time to learn, but the coupons that are offered are no good, and the recipie book had hardly anything that an old country girl would use, and the canning book didn't help me either. The cooker is awesome though.”

“The lady I ordered inner pots for my 8 at presure cooker sent me the wrong ones. It took over 3 weeks to receive them. I called and talked to some guy he was screwballed. Told me that I neede to send the wrong ones back so I did. Instead of making it right and sending me the right ones. So I get reimbursed my monies. Here I sit for who knows how long or even if I get the right inner pots. Cause some incompetent employees can't make things right I like the pressure cooker but I'm about to return it to a store and see if I can find a different company that make them. Never in all my online orders for replacement parts have I got the runaround like I did with your company hope someone can make it right.”

“Clerk keep trying to upsale me on different items, I go really upset and finally told her to cancel my order if she didn hurry up and finish my order. I told her if I liked the cooker I might order 3 more for Christmas presents, now I'm scared to call back”

“I have enjoyed using my 6 quart power pressure cooker XL for cooking but I want to use it for canning. I ordered the can rack and the hard back cookbook. The phone rep kept me from reordering the same canner cookbook I already have so he saved me money. It was a good experience.”

“Looks good, works good. But I went on line to get recipes and only seen 5, not 100s like they say. Also it shows on tv that you can put noodles, meatballs and sauce and close it push a bottom and it's done, not can't fide that anywhere on the web site. A lot of what they show on TV isn't right, it takes longer, I fixed a roast, I had to cook meat 15 minutes on one side and 15 minutes on the other side then put in the veggies and cook for 10 minutes, it was soooooo good, just took longer then they show.”

“I like the pan I got even if I didn't get the four inch high one nothing sticks to the pan just wash it and your set to go again thanks I plan to get the two for one at night when get more kitchen money John m Joha .”

“I placed 2 separate orders-received only one confirmation email & found that my card had been charged 3 separate times. When I called they could not account for one of my orders and suggested I take it up with my bank card. I have cancelled charges pending on my card.”
