“I love my power cooker I would rate that a 5 but you need to do something about your web site and your service and sales department. I wasn't able to order on your website so I had to call to order. I then received an e mail offer for a glass lid and inner pot for just processing and handling. $8.99 for the lid and $7.99 for the inner pot. THE WEB SITE WOULD NOT PROCESS MY ORDER! I tried through paypal and 2 credit cards. I have used both credit cards and paypal on other sites since. I called sales and the sent me to your service dept. The service dept said they could order these items for me but only at full price. Is this e-mail a scam used only to get people to look at the accessories on your web site. If not you should honor this offer and fix your website”

“I personally believe that the website is not user friendly, especially in my case when you want to change your order preference. For example in my case i was having a hard time not choosing additional pressure cooker and also just wanted a extra lid for my free pan.”

“No recipes for smallest cooker. Chat line on web suggested I just experiment. I can't cook let alone experiment and waste my food, that's why I ordered this cooker. The recipes for the bigger cookers indicate that searing the meat is necessary. Hmmmm that wasn't shown on the commercial. Not one step cooking like you advertised. I'm sending this thing back to you. I've tried to contact you but my emails are returned to me---your server wouldn't accept them. What kind of sham is this. I'm a single senior. I thought your small cooker was just what I needed. Bull.......I want all my money back including all the darn shipping charges. I'll be sure to let our Attorney General know about your commercials leaving out steps so this will appear to be one step cooking.”

“I couldn't wait to open the box upon delivery; it was as beautiful as I had hoped for. As soon as I prepped it according to manual recommendations, I put it to use. Having just moved into a new home a week prior, my supply of fresh ingredients was very limited--not to worry, as a veteran home cook I knew how to turn out a winner with anything. I browned a thick piece of chuck steak in the opened insert, then added 1 diced onion, a handful of small garlic cloves, a large sliced tomato, EVOO, 3 peeled whole red potatoes, a cup of red wine, and s&p + my favorite herbs (dill, cumin, coriander, bay leaf). I set it on the stew setting and in quicker than I could unpack another box, lunch was ready. I was so impressed with the caliber of quality, efficiency and time, taste and texture, I would give this addition to my kitchen assets a "10" if I could. I highly recommend this instrument as a worthwhile investment.”
