“It's my best friend in the kitchen. Cuts down on time with awesome food results, even with leftovers. Upgraded to the 10qt, but did not get the glass lid for slow cooker option that I had received with my 8qt and that is my only issue with this product.”

“After I determined my purchases, I was not able to finish the online purchase. I put in my cc info several time to, in fact used 2 different cards, but neither would be approved, although I knew the info was correct. The site kept telling me to put in a valid #. I finally placed the order through the call in customer service.”

“Have ordered came in with dents, sent back in 2nd one came in worse than first one. Can't find my label to return. Bought on last year gave has a present and my daughter loved it. So I wanted one. But to my dismay it does not seem possible. Thank you Betty Yeary”

“The item broke after a year and the customer service is horrible! I had yo pay shipping for them to send me the parts yo fix it and they sent it to the wrong address and I had to pay 20 dollars to reroute the package to me!!!!”

“I ordered this product in March of 2017. Since then I still have not gained access to the online recipes. I have called several times and they tell me I should have it. It has almost been 6 months since purchase and I still don't have access. I purchased the 8qt pressure cooker along with recipe book. But I am very dissatisfied that I have not gotten good customer service!!”

“the person selling your product was not knowledge. It was obvious she was reading from a script and could not answer my question until she came to other in her script. Because of this, I won't know what I am getting till it arrives”

“I am old so it is so heavy I don't use as much as if it was lighter. I should have gotten the smaller one. don't much like the release valve seems to be kinda loose. food is great cooked in there. very tender and moist. never sure what time setting I should use.”

“The woman sounded like a computer and no matter how many times I told her I didn't want to purchase anything else, she insisted on giving me the whole spill before she completed my order. About have way through I was steaming and ready to just hang up and forget the pressure cooker! Infuriating!”

“I should got the instant hotpot instead. This is not easy to use, you can not adjust the time you want b/c it already set and programmed. I just use the Power cooker XL for 3 times and steam is coming out from the hole of handle. I called and I have to paid to get the part or I need to pay for the replacement. This is so suck and customer service are all the middle east peoples so it's very hard to hear and understand what they're try to said. Think before you buy this brand. I will never purchase anything from Power Pressure cooker again. Period.”

“The surface of the interior removable pot peels off too easily and mixes in with the food. Although, customer service is great and the 6 yr warranty replaces the pot, it would be much better if they changed the finish of the pot so it doesn't keep doing it.”
