“Awful, was on the phone too long almost changed my mind. Then I went in store and saw same item. Could have save time, money for shipping and extras were not worth it.”

“I returned a cooked because I couldn't get a part for mine. I sent a check with the cooker for shipping and after 3 weeks I called and they hadn't processed my new cooker and had to put the payment for shipping on my credit card. It's good that you are replacing the cooker but, WHERE'S my check? I don't understand, why didn't they just get my credit card number at first.”

“Fast order completion. However, PP XL is not for bulk canning, as it only takes pint jars, and only 4 wide-mouth pint jars. Took 27 minutes to get to canning temperature before the timer started.”

“There were no directions as to how to use the product. There were a few videos with "Gene Snisky", whoever he is, where he makes some recipes. You have to be a fast writer to catch the ingredients and directions and there were no quantities mentioned. e.g. For the chili, he browned the "beef" - how much?, put in the beans - how much? The website only markets other products. No more for me.”

“Happy isn't the word. I was going to buy it through the website then said I would wait. 30 minutes later I receive a call for a guy named Kenneth ready to sale the pressure cooker to me. Because of the weird number among other things I thought it was a scam. Besides the fact that he wouldn't take the word no for an answer when it came to other things I could get. Upon completing my order, i checked my statement and I was charged a completely different price than what is on the invoice. Also he didn't even put my email in the system to send me my invoice, I had to call customer service to get it. This experience was horrible!!! If it wasn't for the fact that my mom really want this thing I would ask for a refund and go elsewhere.”

“We phoned after watching your TV advertisement. The lady was courteous, very thorough in explaining the features, prices on each size and the advantage of the 10 quart cooker. Also other accessories that were available. She sold us and was a very good sales lady.”

“I absolutely love my pressure cooker but the service sucks I ordered a gasket for my cooker starting in June we are already September and I still have not received it I have talked to at least 4 or 5 people even so called managers and they all promise to get it to me still no luck. HELP”
