“I love my power pressure cooker cookers Only problem is on two of my three of them they both lost the same part I order medium in less than a week apart very upset because I use them both almost every day and for being without them that long makes it hard for me now and having to pay for both was a little upsetting seeing it wasn't my fault”

“It works awesome. The delay timer is fantastic and a time saver. Just a thought, it would be awesome to have a product that could refrigerate until the time came to cook so that there was no "danger zone" temperature issues.”

“I was trying to explain that I only needed the little white round washer to hold the thing in without falling out. I had to pay another 10.00 and I am not sure the representative could understand me or if he was trying to understand me. just like last time I purchased this and paid lots of money for it and I cant get the part or the right person to explain what it is I need. hire someone who speaks and understands English would be helpful....... not happy I have only used this 2x and now I cant get the part... :( please help me...”

“Saves me a whole lot of time in my busy life. A pot of red beans would take me 4 hours on the stove. With the Pressure Cooker XL it only takes 30 minutes.”

“I bought the xl primarily for canning. It does the job well... My only complaint is there are not enough canning instructions and recipes. I ordered the canning book separately for $20. It literally came with 20 recipes. I was expecting something a lot more detailed like my ball canning book. I was also curious if the times with a regular pressure cooker are the same with the power cooker. No one knows the answer. For green beans the times match up but I'm not sure about anything else... Just need to provide more canning details... Other than that, it made canning my salsa much quicker!”

“I bought the 10 quart so i can do my canning in it , and its says over 2,000 above sea level you can not can in it !! i think that this should be on your seen on tv adds :( its useless to me now to big for 2 people not happy with that !”
