“Like the product but the orders were messed up, shipping was a nightmare (kept getting emails my shipment was lost - not my problem) and customer service reply’s were days and once a week out.”

“After multiple constraints with shipping and USPS, I was contacted by the HELP Center of STATIK, more specifically Isabelle, who I thought was going to be just another excuse to hear, however, Isabelle actually took the time to actually "HELP" me! She saw where my order showed deliver, and I had been advised to contact the carrier, which I did several times, only to be told I didn't have what's called the final mile tracking number with the USPS. It showed my order had been delivered, but I never received it. Bottom, line, Isabelle "LISTENED" to me and reshipped my full order, only this time they used DHL, and within a week I had recieved my order. Thank you Isabelle for truly caring about the customer.”
“I do like the product but it is confusing the difference between the original version of the magnetic charging cords and the "Pro" version. My experience has been the two versions are not combatible but that is not communicated in any literature I have seen in any form. Also, I be would love to have a magnetic charging cord that would plug into other types of connections besides the standard USB.”
“Not as impressed as I thought I would be. The on the go charger is very slow charging. Can't get the cable to charge when plugging directly into wall socket to charge like my other cables. It drains the battery instead. Not saying these are great cables and chargers but they don't seem to work for me.”

“Where do I start, I placed my order on the 8th January 2025, Order No 1974094, I received my order on the 21st January 2025. The first problem was none of the magnetic charging tips matched any of my devices, as all my devices are fitted with Micro USB connectors despite STATIC stating that all of their magnetic charging tips fit all devices,they do not fit Micro USB devices, and then they asked me to supply what devices I had problems to which I did, and then asking me again on numerous emails asking me to supply the information I had all ready supplied on previous occasions, further more the replacements supplied where USB-C connectors which where the same as the originals, today is the 14th March 2025 still with no satisfactory outcome .”

“I recieved the order when promised. I started using it right away. I have found out the your product doesn't charge my phone like my regular charging unit. It is much slower than reg. charging unit.ss that is why I have given you a 3* review. I do like not having to plug in the little insert my phone especially when driving. All you have to do is get it close and it attaches to the phone right away.”
