“cords work ok for the most part but they detach way too easily from magnet in phone my biggest complaint is how long it takes to receive items and SUPER LOUSY customer svc while tryin to return and replace items I will never buy from these jerks again ever!”
“I have made several purchases from you. The latest one is delayed with no notice until in inquired. The entire order is being held up for just one item. Seems like you should deliver the part of the order that is in stock since I have already paid for the entire order in full.
In my opinion you should not allow me to purchase items you do not have.
Finally, I get several emails each week to purchase more. Why should I do that when you cannot deliver what I have ordered and paid for already.
Your products seem worth having but the fulfillment, communication and service portion of your business makes me reluctant to place any future orders.
Please do not take my money and then make me chase you down to hopefully get what I have paid for. Perhaps you should only charge me once you have earned it by fulfilling the orders.”

“I did not receive my first charger and I waited for it the most because, out of all the things I order online since I am on disability handicap, that was the one thing I need the most because my charger had broken and it almost broke my phone in my charge port. So I was waiting on the charger in order for men to me that's very expensive even though it's really not It's very good value but I got online with customer service and they sent me another one right away and I appreciated it so much He doesn't know every single day and it works wonderful and there's been nothing wrong with my phone anymore. “Love the idea, and seemed to work great in the beginning, but now every time I plug it into my phone it initially registers and then immediately disconnects and stops charging while still plugged in... If I push the bottom of the cord in towards the end of the plug and my phone, it will start charging again, but only if I hold it there with pressure 🙄. I haven't traveled with it or kept it in any odd conditions or moved it at all really and only had it for about a week until that started happening...”

“My opinion is still out. My wife has trouble with her phone and iPad and the cables. Sometimes the won’t connect and I have to fuss with them to make them work. I love the concept very mush. As for service: there is a lot to be desired. It took a month for me to receive my order and your communication was horrible. I am not sure I will be using your company in the future.”

“The phone cord is good but will not work in the car. Customer service is non existant. Placed order December 7th for Christmas presents, you sent 1 in December with no packing slip but by looking on PayPal I paid for two and received only one and had to file a claim to get the other one owed and then you sent the other 10 I bought again with no packing slip at the end of Febuary!! I finally received the one shorted in February also at the end of February after I finally received the 10. What a mess and I only received one response other than a auto responce that you said you would contact me but didn't. No way to do business and won't buy again no matter what you sell. Plus just so you know you advertized as Statik and communication said CurvGroup????? How is a customer to know this?”

Was given a run-around, no updates, until I started to get very upset. I'm disappointed in the product, but keeping it, cause I don't want to go thru the he'll again.
