“Was very disappointed to learn this is a China product! Took 3 weeks to receive initial order. The magnetic tip fell off after 2 weeks. So I requested a replacement that also took 3 weeks to receive. All shipped from China. Communication was terrible. Would never buy this again. Magnet not as strong as original and if you use what you're charging it comes apart. Terrible company and product!”

I have the Statik 360, Statik 360 Pro and Statik Snap-N- Charge.
The Statik 360 does not Fast charge my Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite Tablet so I contacted the company. They made some suggestions but it still did not work so they kindly sent me a complimentary Statik 360 Pro which works perfectly.
I am disappointed with the Statik-Snap-N-Charge because it only charge my phone to less than half full. However, I do like product because of it's size.”

“I really like our blue phone chargers but I am unhappy because I still haven’t received my original order I placed way before Christmas. My original order of 3 never arrived. I’ve tried twice to get it. Why didn’t it come by DHL delivery instead of the post office where I got my blue ones. I called DHL and they had a problem with the address. We really like the chargers but I am ready to forget the first 3 we ordered. I feel like we’ll never receive them. I want my money back if you can’t deliver them. Its been almost 4 months.
