“Snap-N-Charge doesn't live up to its relentless advertising. Charging cord doesn't fit snugly providing an insufficient battery charge (max 25-30% only) to my smartphone which doesn't last all day as constantly advertised. The unit was made in China as and labelled as Snap-N-Carge (say no more)! Customer Service refused to honour the 2year guarantee and simply forwarded a replacement which was no better. I now have two useless units. Not happy Statik - one star!”
“Not delivered, I cancelled order after 2 months: Made a rather substantial order (worth more than $140) on 2024/12/01. Got a confirmation e-mail saying they're processing the order, promising a follow-up e-mail once order is processed for shipping. Days, weeks, over a month go by with not a single follow-up from them. I sent them queries through their web site "Contact Us", which were never answered. Also sent e-mails to Customer service, no response either.
By 1/20/25 (about 7 weeks after order), I stumbled upon a link in their web site to track packages by order number, which showed that "Your package is waiting to be picked up by the carrier." status on 12/03/2024 - no later entry.
On 2/4/2025 Customer Service (finally) sent a reply e-mail to my inquiry from 1/05/25, offering to EITHER ship my ordered package along with a 20% refund; OR cancel the order altogether and refund the purchase price.
I did get a total refund as requested, so I credit their rating with 2* instead of 1*.
Product concept appears great, marketing does great job making it look wonderful. However, no matter how great the product appears on paper,
Any $ spent on it I consider a total waste / loss if they don't deliver on it; and woeful customer service responsiveness just makes that worse. Especially since I was getting daily if not more frequent marketing e-mails inducing me to buy more clogging my inbox, but not even an acknowledgment of the many requests for customer service to look into my order.”
“My order took forever to arrive, and worse was the Customer Service response that did not occur in any sort of timely manner.
I was fooled to think that the product was shipping from the US --- it wasn't.
Once I finally got through to Customer Service, part of what I ordered was no longer available. I received a refund, so that is good. But I had to threaten to cancel the entire order before anything happened.
So, very poor customer service. The products are nice, but I haven't been blown away.
Probably won't order again ... ever. I don't like to be left hanging.”
“I purchased the charging pad bundle and the charging pad did not work. After trying it on several different phones and having others check it out, one was a specialized tech who has a contract with the military, 15+ years now, it said it was a faulty piece of equipment.
After trying several months to get Statik to reply to the problem with avail, I tossed the charging pad into the city dump where it belonged. Afterward, Statik finally got hold of me and asked me to take a picture of a blinking error light. That's all it would do. I told Statik they needed to go to the city dump and take the pictured they needed.
Total waste of a purchase and time. No replacement, no refund...”
“I ordered charging cables before Christmas and the turnaround time was really fast. I gave charging cables to our adult sons for Christmas. I use mine daily and absolutely love them! I'm impressed with the quality and how they work. After my initial order, I ordered again and got more charging cables and the SmartCharge 5-in-1 charger. I'm very happy with all of the products I've purchased from Statik but the second order took about 3 times longer to receive, than the first one did. I highly recommend anything that Statik sells!”
“So, I ordered back in November 2024 and paid for guaranteed delivery but did not receive package until today, Monday 24, February 2025. Had to contact your company over and over. Became frustrated time after time. Had purchased cables prior and told so many people about the product that I ordered more cables for them. I ended up giving my cables to these people, expecting my order for them, to arrive shortly. 3 months.....”
“I've made around 4 purchases the first 2 was okay but the other 2 i purchase 2 more orders on December 21st 2024 it's now 02-24-2025 and I've yet to receive my 2 orders with getting nothing but a run around from them I would be alarmed before you purchase”
“THEIVES. FAKES. NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM. I ordered a "Christmas" gift on December 16, 2024. It is not February 24, 2025 and I have received a ton of emails saying that my order is coming. Then when something did arrive, it was an item I never ordered. Their customer service is a AI bot so you never speak to a real person. They took close to $150 from me, and nfearly 70 days later, I still have not receive the "Christmas" gifts I was going to give to my loved one. I can only assume this is a massive scam and they cheated me out of $150. I am thankful I did not order more. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!!!
If there was anything less than 1 star, I would give that. 1 star is too much praise for these dirt bags.”
“I ordered the Statik phone charger on December 5, 2024. After several emails to the company, I finally received the charger on February 4, 2025. Not a fan. It won't stay plugged into my phone. Magnet is weak. Won't purchase again!”
“Ordered a 5 pack of the basic cables (no lights) and they arrived in 4 days. Was able to use them on a cruise with no issues and due to the mix of USB-A and USB-C connections and having 5 items to charge, I used two cables in the room and was able to keep all items charges for the full time on board. Great items and I now have 8 cables at home and work.”
“Love the system with the cables, etc. However, they need a better tracking system to let you know the status of shipments. I ended up requesting status on three orders that I only had order numbers, I didn't know if and when they were shipped. The reply I did get back was status on a different order. So, I really like the product, the tracking info had left me thinking, I may not get product. I have had 4 orders now and I'm happy with them, but not sure if I will order more, as I like to get shiopping status on my orders.”
“Horrible company!!! I ordered Dec 4th for Christmas presents. I got a tracking email. Never received the product. I sent customer service several emails & finally received a response about a month later. They sent me a new tracking number. It’s almost the end of February & no product. I’m wondering if this company is a total scam. And of yea it ships from China!!!”
