“I ordered cables in December and just recently received them. For the delay, their customer service offered a gift for the long shipping time. I didn’t received anything unfortunately. The cables themselves are flimsy at the connection. It’s very easy to disconnect which isn’t convenient.”

“Works fine, but the magnet isn't strong enough. I was excited about the 90 degree angle feature so I could set the phone in the cup holder and finally not break the end of the cable, but the magnet doesn't hold to the tip so the connection breaks. I have to leave the phone on the passenger seat to keep it charging, and it sets off the seat sensor making the car think there's a person in the seat, so I have to keep the seatbelt locked to prevent the seat alarm from going off. Not as useful as I'd hoped.”
“The product is ok - but the frustration with getting the item delivered and constant chasing the support staff was unbearable. I ordered the charging cable on December 11 as a Christmas gift and unfortunately did not receive it until February 18 after constantly chasing the support team for answers. I obviously was not able to give the Christmas gift on time. Things that your team should have done better: 1) The company should have better documentation that the product was coming from China & approximate delivery time. 2) Despite not providing that information up front, at a minimum the company should have responded to the many email correspondence that I sent in a timely manner instead of the numerous times that I had to email your team for an update on the severely delayed delivery of the missing product.
The poor customer service and extremely overdue delivery was extremely frustrating and I will never purchase another product from your company. The Statik Charging chord dies seem like a good product, but I have since seen other similar products like it that I would purchase instead to avoid the long delivery time to receive the product.”
