“I’ve only had the Statik 360 in my possession for under a month now, so I can’t possibly speak to long term durability or functionality. But my experience with it is so far so excellent. I like the flexibility of the connectors, and the ability to just leave them in the device. I like the instant magnetic connection capability. The magnets are quite strong and they do tend to stay connected. The only time they might disconnect is if you hard snag the cord on something. The outer covering of the cord seems very well built and should last. I don’t expect these cords to eventually crack at the base like many cheaply made commonplace cables do.”
“Delivery overdue. Unuseful phone charger sent with one side for Android and the other side for iPhone,
no USB space to connect to plug.i just wasted money. It's not useful anyway after many months of overdue delivery. NOT RECOMMENDED TO ANYBODY.”

However, my original order did not reach me and was sent back because of “insufficient address”. It took 10 weeks, 12 emails and 2 snail mail letters, all including proof of purchase, tracking history and explanation of the problem to FINALLY get my order re-shipped. So, while im happy with the cables, your customer service is seriously deficient and i will never order from you again.”

We will not order from this outfit again because of slow cs replies and how long it takes to get products

“Purchased two cords for in home charging with various port configurations and love the convenience and performance. Subsequently purchased more cords for use in our 2022 Honda CR-V. Constantly get a charging error message from charging using 1.0A USB port and the 1.5A port doesn’t seem to get recognized regarding Car Play connection.”

“The very first time I placed an order with your company, I received it in a reasonable amount of time. I placed two more orders with you in December of 2024. These two orders took forever to get to me. I finally received them in. March of 2025. To me that is way to long to be waiting for my orders to arrive. Not only that, I didn't realize that it came from China until February. I'm not sure if I will order anything else from your company or not.”
