“Dissapointed in Staysure. Both my parents are insured with them. My mum has just been diagnosed with something she's unknowingly had for years, yet they won't insure her for it. Their answer was to cancel her policy.”

“We went on holiday to Portugal last year. My husband had been bit by a mosquito or blow fly. As a result he had two toes amputated. We informed Staysure and as of yet we've had no response. Very poor service”

“My nephew is in Greece Zante. He broke his leg in 2places and a vertibrea all this happened 7 days ago and knothing has been sorted my sister has been directed every where emails lots of paperwork but nothing being done do this company know what they are doing its27/08 /21 and still no answers. One sad young lad in pain”

“Bought insurance a few days ago, once i reviewed the docs when they were sent to me , I had to add some information that was missing. Called all the numbers they have, No answer even after waiting for up to 30 minutes. I’m travelling in 2 days and not sure if I’m covered as they will not allow me to speak with them, they will not email back despite several emails from me, the sales lady i did manage to speak to was also shocked how they are not answering call even from her, internally. I was told to just keep trying, it is a busy period for the insurers as COVID rules relax but absolutely no excuse to ignore existing customers and not reply to emails”

“My current annual insurance finished on the 30th Sept, we are hoping to be away,so I asked for an early cost for the next year.so that I could renew early. Was told that was not possible, he said why don't you ring from abroad 3 weeks before the 30th and we can give you a price.!!!!!! Not very helpfull, may look for a new insurance company. You find out the good ones when you have a claim or a problem and how it's handled.”

“I have insured with Stasure for years and feel supported when travelling especially in these challenging times. I take out an annual policy and last time they gave me 15 months for the price of 12 because we could not use due to Covid. I will be renewing in November for another 12 months. Peace of mind that we can book our holidays without having to sort out insurance.”

“Was on the phone for over an hour this morning so e mailed for someone to call me back. Pleased to say had a call this afternoon. Too much info on the phone before getting to speak to someone. Have now sorted out the problem.”
