“We have used Staysure for many years and they have always been most helpful. When we missed our flight to Phuket due to severe flooding in Cumbria a few years ago they dealt with our claim speedily and edficiently. We are very satisfied customers.”

“probably not the cheapest insurance. But feel secure for most situations with the plan I have. call centre staff very good and helpfull. get regular email updates and info. Six months cover added to my policy due to covid restrictions. Feels like quality solid products”

“Had to add to a medical option.I was dealt with quickly , efficiently ,and only had a £10 admin fee. Problem is I cannot print off my new policy copy.”

“I booked and paid over £500 travel insurance in January 2020, eight months before I was going to Canada in September of that year. I didnt cancel until August of that year only to find that Staysure would only refund me a £36 voucher to be used against another trip within the next two years. Even though I had said I wanted the policy to start at the time I was going on my trip. My recommendation to anyone getting travel insurance is to wait until at least three weeks before you go and hope everything will be alright.”

“I'm 81yrs and have been with Staysure for a number of years. They always give a good deal and, although I haven't had to make a claim yet, have confidence that they will look after me. I recommend Staysure for your Travel Insurance with confindence!”

“We have had annual travel insurance with Staysure for many years and find that their cover, which includes pre-existing medical conditions, is excellent and offered at a very fair price! In addition they have provided us with extended cover due to the Corona virus pandemic.”

“I have been using Staysure for a number of years and have always been very satisfied with their service and cost. “Settled claims for me in the past without any hassle. One company asked me if I always take my medication at the proper time I said I take one tablet later in the day as I would have to keep getting up to go to the toilet on the plane , it is not a life threatening tablet they refused to take me on I have had no bother at all with staysure they come highly recommended by me.”

“At present Staysure has kept me advised on an inquiry they are making in respect of the fact in a policy I took out last year and not used due to the cancellation of 4 booked holidays due to coronavirus. CURRENTLY, I AM AWAITING THEIR DECISION IN RESPECT OF MY NEWLY BOOKED HOLIDAY WHICH EXTENDS 1 DAY OVER THE EXPIRY OF THE EXISTING ONE, AND WHAT DISCOUNT THEY WILL OFFER AS MY NEW HOLIDAY DOES NOT NEED WORLDWIDE COVER. 4* IS REASONABLE AS THEY HAVE KEPT ME INFORMED OF WHAT THEY ARE DOING, UNLIKE LESS REPUTABLE COMPANIES.”
