“Enjoyed the course content! I do think however that crowd management and crisis management share content so maybe find a way to present them differently? Different reference videos maybe? Overall enjoyed the courses!”

“Terrible. As any other course, we are supposed to get the certificate after the exam, but not with this one. I don’t know if they think we don’t have nothing else to do, to make this exercise after passing the exam. I work already in a yacht and that’s already exhausting, and they make me do 10 pages exercise, take the time of the chief officer as well. I would NEVER recommend this course to anyone.”
