“Very expensive and quite repetitive. I’ve learned almost nothing new. At the beginning you just get showed Movie Trailers and not even all in English. The test are way to easy.”

Dear Anonymus, I'm sorry to hear that, but I appreciate you taking the Security Awareness course. This course is recognized and accepted in Europe, the UK, and many other regions worldwide. Approval is granted by authorities only after thorough reviews and audits. Our pricing is highly competitive, and the content fully aligns with the IMO model course standards, ensuring quality without unnecessary repetition. Hello Christopher, Thank you for your feedback, and we’re sorry to hear about your concerns. All our approved courses undergo thorough audits by various content experts and Shipping Inspectorates. For them, the age of the content is not a concern as long as the training effectively conveys its intended message. While incidents like the Herald of Free Enterprise and the Costa Concordia tragedy occurred some time ago, their causes and outcomes remain highly relevant from a learning perspective. We wish you safe sailing, Best regards, John and STCW.online team
