“In general, I think it's good that there is the possibility to take tests like this online. It saves time and unnecessary travel somewhere. On the other hand, I have my doubts whether these tests are really necessary and why you have to pay so much money for them.”

“Getting to the hard copy is extremely difficult paid no email on we will send. This is cost efficient and handy for courses but getting am official hard copy is very difficult”

Hello Thomas We are sorry you had a bad experience with the postal service. Although we are a fully online training center we do understand that some participants prefer a hard copy instead of a PDF which they can print out themselves. However, despite using a Track and Trace for each envelope it occasionally happens that there are errors with this service. I hope you understand that postal services are beyond our control.
