“The quality of your product was awesome but you really need to work on the timeliness of order delivery. It took two weeks before we received an email that our order would be shipped then another week to receive it. Also upon receiving the order we were shorted one part and had to call back to have it sent to us only to receive the incorrect item.”

“Very disappointed. Shipping time has taken a very long time. My order said it shipped. Waited days for an update. Finally called to ask when my order would ship. Was told my order was set on the return table and they don’t know why. Will be another week waiting. Don’t order if you need in a timely manner.”

“Initially a problem with an order but after the second phone call it was resolved perfectly, customer service rep was excellent. The gooseneck light we ordered is beautiful, finished nicely and looks just the picture. Thanks”

“Go directly to Steel Lighting Co. to make a purchase; do not get disappointed when Amazon says “cannot ship to your area.” Steel’s customer support staff - and in particular Cecilia - are quick to respond to inquiries, knowledgeable, and courteous. She provided quick and accurate assistance when I thought my order hit a dead end. Their products are well designed and sturdy. I purchased a number of goose neck Gardena barn light fixtures and am delighted at the flawless quality. I will purchase more fixtures from Steel Lighting down the road.”

“Love the products. I was sent the wrong item recently and received the correct one a week or so ago. I still have not received the return label for the wrong item. I have it boxed up and ready to go. I cannot respond on the return process yet since I have not returned the wrong item because i have not received the return label.”
