“I love the light. I only had 1 problem. When I ordered a light for my kitchen, which defaulted to 4” stem. I checked the box to change it to a 12” matte black stem but I only received the 4” stem. I called to tell them about their mistake to see if I could send the 4” back and they can send the correct one. She told me I would have to pay $35 for it.”

“I recently ordered 11 lights for my new barn and home exterior. I thought the lights were very nice but I did not feel that the extra $ for each light to be coated in a brass color paint was worth it.”

“This marks the third time I have bought Steel lights and each time has been an uneventful experience, which is a good thing. In this time of delays, supply chain issues and less than acceptable service, Steel does a great job. Everything showed up as promised, in good shape, consistently good quality and the best part is that the lights are made in this country! Good job and thanks!”
