“I ordered waterproof labels for use on reed diffusers but they smudged terribly. I have ordered the same material label from another company in the past without a problem. I also paid extra for proofreading but sadly was not told that the labels would be unsuitable. You cannot contact the company by phone which was a real hassle as I had to raise a ticket and wait. They did reply quickly but were not prepared to offer any help nor answer some of my questions. As a result I have had to let a client down and am severely out of pocket. As a small business I rely heavily on offering exceptional customer service…. Unlike Sticky things!”

“Can’t really comment on sticky things as we still haven’t received our domed stickers after a month of ordering, the communication from you is not good enough and you can’t speak to a person concerning a job, blaming covid is not good enough when you say people are working from home, you need to make your communication easier for customers to know what is going on with their orders. Won’t be ordering from again as our relationship with our customer has been sullied.”
