“Paid for professional proofs for two label designs. Did NOT receive any proofs. Instead, an email to notify me that the order had been processed. Also a DPD tracking number.
Labels arrived promptly. Well packaged. Good quality. Colour accurate. Best price I was able to find quickly. Friend very happy with her gift. Will use this company again but WILL want my paid-for "Professional Proof" next time. Relieved I don't need to try and communicate with this company.”

Would have marked higher but I found the website a bit clunky and the emails from the tech support does not show as “no reply” on my iPhone so some time wasted waiting for a reply which I was never going to get.
These are things that perhaps could be considered to improve the communication.
Otherwise everything was spot on.”

“I like sticky note, but it could be more user friendly, and also include the option to edit previous orders, to recreate new orders, as currently you have to do the entire design again which is long winded and unnecessary to be honest.”
