Very poor service from Storekit in general. The products were not suitable for the POS system described to them and on returning products they charge a restocking fee of 50% (crazy, they don't tell you this when ordering) and you will need to chase them up for the refund. You can buy these products from other stockist....I suggest you do.. I will contact Vend to ask WHY they on on their suggested stockist list!

We ordered our product and didn’t receive it. It was returned to sender and we were not even notified of a delay, let alone that we wouldn’t be getting our product.

I received the wrong printer model And want to return it and get a refund. Been trying to call you no one answers. Trying to have chat online and no reply. Left my number for call back and nothing. Can someone please contact me?!

Within five minutes of sending Alex a copy of the review I had posted here he responded. Too little too late.

Made several attempts to communicate with StoreKit. Alex said he'd call and then, when he didn't, said he had been too busy with inbound calls. 24 hours later still no contact. I emailed this morning and asked him to email the StoreKit recommendation. No reply. StoreKit have an app on their website that recommends a particular kit build based on the parameters you input. It doesn't work, which is why Alex apologised and said he'd call me...which he didn't. I asked him to email me...which he had six hours to send a short reply to...but didn't. If this is presales I shudder to think how bad after sales would be. There is so much competition in this marketplace I don't see how StoreKit can deliver so little and survive.

If you cant delivery at time you mentioned dont write on product then. If i dont recieved my printer today i will cancel the order. Only do what you say, if u cant make it dont mention it. When its about taking payment you guys are so fast when it come to deliver "delayed, delayed, delayed" i cant take customer orders without printer, thanks for helping me to dont take orders.

Dispatch and delivery fine, but product doesn't work. We're in the thick of launch of our new business and haven't been able to connect the product, which has put a MASSIVE crutch on our progress. Have contacted customer service but no response.

I have received my printer without power lead which resolved in me loosing business trade i emailed saying what happened they replied it should come with in 1-3 days but next day normally still waiting.

Impossible to have technical support to help to install the Printer on the wifi. They just tell you : we dont know.

I bought TSP650 printer back in February 2020 for my uber eats portal. There are problem with the Bluetooth connectivity. Despite many call there are no help from the customer service team apart from cut off the line and refer to Start support team. Terrible service , Never buy from you again.

Ordered wrong type of printer so ordered the correct one and arranged a 'no questions return'. Sent it back as requested only for the parcel to be returned as there is no-one to receive parcels!!! Asked them how I could arrange a return then and they stopped answering. I am now left with an expensive useless printer.
