“Good afternoon I recently purchased a Gloveral morris duffle coat at Suarts of London. Stuarts London's treatment was impeccable. I have just one comment to make. Although the order was dispatched on February 2nd by royal mail, I still haven't received it. I know that this delay is not the responsibility of Stuarts of London, but it does create doubts as to whether it is justified after Brexit to buy online in the UK. In addition to the customs fees we have to pay, there are still delays in the deliveries, which cannot only be explained by preventive and lockdown measures because of Covida-19.”

“Really pleased to find an item for a good price that was out of stock everywhere else. Unfortunately they sent a totally different colour (grey/stainless steel) than advertised (blue/copper). Decided not to send it back as I was ok with this colour.”

“Fantastic service, delivery as expected and lots of communication about delivery. I would however of liked a email confirmation of my order as the first communication made was through the delivery company. All good though and received as expected and receipt in parcel. My son will be very happy with his Christmas present.”

“Ok, brilliant quick service and lovely Wolverine boots.. And here’s the but.. I keep my shoes and boots in the shoe box and it was tatty and ripped.. For £390 boots I thought everything should be in pristine condition... That’s why only 4 stars but I would definitely use again..”
