“I placed an order 5 days before Christmas. The slippers arrived in 2 days and were just as ordered. My only problem was applying a 10% discount on line. In the end, after numerous attempts, I had to call customer services to place the order. They were very helpful and i’m pleased with the overall service.”

“Lovely item. Well packaged and delivered quickly. Only issue is that the box wasn’t labelled with my name - I did check my emails and it was all there but parcel was just addressed to my school.”

“Nice item and good delivery time. Unfortunately the piece was too small for me... I wanted to return but because item was in the sale it was a no return policy and unfortunately could not find anything else I liked. Would like to see more cp company items for sale and also some stone island!”

“A fantastic Gloverall “Churchill” Reefer coat with 15% discount was a superb offer by Stuart’s. Slightly disappointed the inside stitching came away after first wear on one of the breast pockets and plastic branded hanger has splintered. However, these are product quality issues, although Stuart’s may wish to raise them with the manufacturer. Next day courier failed to deliver on time and I only collected it 3 days later after investigating why I wasn’t being notified it was at the drop off (collection point). Overall, excellent value and service from the retailer so I will be shopping here again. Thank you, Simon”

“Cheers for the product unfortunately my cords I bought are to small! Have to send them back! Had to download and print the returns form would of been easier if the form was in the parcel but part from that no worries!”

“I was struggling with the size the cut look and kind of feel of some of the trousers I wanted to buy online Called and there was someone at the Stuarts London end to competently answer my questions and that helped me a lot. The only issue (residual one or if you would peripheric) has to do with the machine calculated total and currency conversion... Prices are in one currency and while placing your order if you selected f.ex. another country even within the EU let's say Germany for that matter it will calculate the price adding the German VAT to it but this is not detailed on the invoice you will see Item xyz - 100 LC Total 119 LC confused yet? They need to sort that out otherwise all is great so far to my appreciation- Though I have not received the goods yet”
