“Really great shop good to know there is still independent shops like this in London which has clothing for all,have shopped here over the years and been pleased with purchases.good delivery service as well keep it going.sometimes putting different variety of label such as Levi’s is great’can’t always get this in the standard shops,thanks a lot.looking forward to my next purchase”

“Very efficient transaction. Email inquiries were promptly answered. HUGE bonus points for having a Returns procedure with a pre-priced return shipping stamp (at a reasonable price). As someone ordering from the US, I often decline to purchase something from EU/UK because if the fit isn’t right, I get killed on return shipping costs — Stuarts’ system takes that risk out of the equation. I’m deducting one star because your Free Shipping threshold doesn’t appear to include ANY sale goods — but there should be *some* amount of purchased sale goods that qualify for Free Shipping, no?”

“Received order reasonably quickly so well pleased with that, the only downside is that you have to be totally sure what size will fit you otherwise you will have more expense in returning any items on top of the delivery charge, I would purchase more from this company if they simplified the returns procedure and cut the delivery and returns cost.”

“My purchase was dispatched in excellent time and delivered on time. My only disappointment was when I first ordered the item with a 10% discount code the website froze and I was unable to retrieve my order. So I had to start all over again and then was unable to use the discount code again, so this meant I had lost the discount and on a purchase of £80 that was very disappointing. But as it was a Christmas present I had no choice but to continue.”
