“Your return and exchange policies are confusing and arduous. I live in California and I had to exchange a jacket which involved a lot of back and forth correspondence that could have been more streamlined. Otherwise I was happy with your services in general. Thank you.”

“2 shirts arrived in 4 days. Very happy with both products, but returned one as it was a little small. Would have preferred free returns as it bumped the cost up - having already paid for delivery. Nevertheless, happy with my purchase.”
