“So I bought the Emporer’s Grand DT Skeleton watch. Everything about the watch I love.
I do however feel it should be more clear on check out that if you get this shipped in, you may be liable to import duty fees.
I also would love more straps to fit the Grand DT, I would love there to be an option to get the crocodile leather in blue, as it goes so well with the silver. Another option would be great to have this as blue leather with the the deployment mechanism.

“Gorgeous time piece. Very good quality feel and weight. Attractive and the price points are very appealing. Read the reviews 9n your specific selection I must state. I read reviews on multiple sites in regards to my specific model wrist watch. The large majority were very positive. A few stated an issue with the automatic pendulum piece coming apart. I only found 1 poor review of the customer service return process. This on searches of my specific model, however. To my great disappointment my watch broke exactly how the handful of reviews stated it would. Most reviews had a stellar rating and satisfaction, so I chalked the flaw up to a small percentage of watches sold. The return was unquestionably taken seriously and swift with providing a return label. However, it has been 2 weeks and I have no response. I chose to get a replacement rather than refund or repair. I am hoping the very few unsatisfactory customer service reviews won't apply to my situation. I only wore the watch 3 days and actually miss it though I have other wrist watches. SO PLEASE REPLACE MY WATCH QUICKLY.”
“Love the look and feel ion of this watch only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is because the strap is very very stiff leather have been working it and starting to soften but this is only flaw I see love it other then that!!!”
“The box and packaging simply elegant and very sophisticated. As for the delivery arrived even earlier than expected. Regarding the simply beautiful watch, the detail in the background engraving is impressive, the combination of exquisite colors, the polished in the bicelado and gear are perfect. My only complaint is that it is a very noisy clock the click of the movement of the gear is very high in my opinion (it is not the first automatic that I have and the others do not produce any sound) I know that it is not something of vital importance but for me what is.
In general I really enjoy having it on my wrist and it is a pleasure to watch the time with my Stuhrling”

After ordering a new watch recently partly due to a sales promotion, I received the same sales notification 2 times before I even received my order. Fewer emails, especially for the same promo, would be appreciated.”

Getting the watches from the US towards EU is a fairly quick shipping now a days. Takes appox. 10 days from order to delievery. I am only hoping that soon I can purchase my wathes from an EU-distributer.

“The watch looks great. Totally satisfied with decent quality, style and movement. However, the only thing that I was not happy with was the band size. I have quite thin wrist but I had no problem with wearing leather band wathches. I had to make two holes on the gorgeous watch band myself to make it fit to my wrist and it was not a pleasant experince at all. Other than that, very satisfid with the watch”
