“This was the worst purchase I have ever made. It arrived dead and crushed. I may as well have planted my $25 and watered that.”

“Don’t order from these people. I had an order that didn’t show up. Have been pleading with them for over a week and a half to resend. They won’t resend because they fulfilled their duty. Lol some customer service there! Not asking for a refund for a reshipment for the order that was not received. So hopefully you don’t have any issues with your order because their customer service is subpar ☺️☺️”

“4/6 plants I've gotten came to me in bad shape. I had to save all of them. I didn't pay to SAVE a plant (though I have for the most part); I paid for a healthy plant. Also the customer service was terrible when I was trying to refund the half dead plants I received. In the end they still only refunded me for a plant and a half.... 🙃🙃🙃 Will never order from here again.”

“Plants were very poorly packed. Broken, and at least 10 plants had no pots! Just wrapped and thrown in the box. I will not be purchasing from you again.”

“These succulents looked NOTHING like the picture online. Not same color or even close to it. I needed certain colors and after being EXTREMELY disappointed when I ordered from “The succulents shoppe” I thought hey let me try this place. Well they were worse.”

“never received product. Having a very hard time getting a refund too. Bought a plant last year from them and it delivered broken and died within 3 days. They refunded me with a gift card which i did not use until this last month. I ordered a cactus which was supposed to deliver a week ago. It has not been found anywhere despite multiple talks with the USPS delivery person. I checked around my complex and still nothing. They haven’t responded to my emails except once telling me to ask my neighbors and the post office. Which i did and they’ve never seen the package. At this point I just want my full refund, including the money they gave back in the form of a gift card. Both purchases from this company have been nothing but headaches. They also invite you to review their website, you cannot leave reviews unless you are invited. It’s a shady website all around and I do not recommend anyone to purchase plants from them. Use a more reputable site or a local nursery.”

“I was very disappointed with my order. 3 of the succulents did not survive shipping the bear paw had pretty much all broken and covered is dirt. and the others are bearly holding on. I will not be ordering again. I have had plants delivered before very healthy and shipped properly.”

“My plants arrived more or less dead. The plant and everything else were dry as a bone and I took many dead leaves off before planting. Half of the plant just sits lifeless Ben with fertilizer and repotting. I’ll never order from here again. Back to Etsy.”

“The plants were not packaged well. There were no peanuts or bubble packs to keep them in place. When I opened the box, there were lots of dirt coming out and inside the box. The packaging could have been better.”
