“I was very disappointed. The description said they would be shipped in a small planter. However, they were sent in bare root wrapped in paper. I did not have potting soil or pots at the time, needless to say two of them died, and one is struggling to survive.”

“Only one of the four plants survive shipping. They were all broken and nothing but roots and pieces and dirt in the box except for the one round cactus that could fall apart. I wanted to cancel my subscription but there’s nowhere to cancel it at.”
