“I really appreciate the care the was put into the packaging of the plants because they’re so delicate. The plants have survived so far and I also appreciate the notes that come in the packed for care. I was planning to report my pearl of strings until I read the page that said not to do it until a month after so that was definitely helpful! I was also not sure what size pot to put one of my other plants in and the customer support email came in handy because I wasn’t sure what size pot to put my plant that came bare root.”
