“Was disappointed in one of my plants this time. I'd been wanted a String of Watermelons and jumped at the chance to get one with my recent order. When I received it, however, most of the watermelons had separated from the stem. There were a few remaining and I hope to be able to save it. I don't feel that the shipping was "on time." My confirmation email on 7/4/2023 that it would be shipped in 1 to 3 business days. I did not receive an email that it had been shipped until July 11th. Even then, the tracking number never showed any updates so I didn't know when it was going to be delivered. It was delivered two days later. That is the same thing that happened last time I ordered so I just have to accept that that is the way it will be whenever I order.”

“I love my first order from Succulents Depot! Shipping did take a little longer than normal but that was the fault of USPS not SD. My Violet Queen came with a few leaves dying but she's doing great so far! I'm a first time succulent and cacti owner and you guys have made this so much fun for me!”

“I have ordered from Succulents Depot twice now and have been really happy both times. My orders arrived really quickly, and all of the plants were in great condition. The selection and pricing is hard to beat. One minor issue I had was that the soil was not well secured, so a lot spilled out in transit. But considering all of the plants I ordered were healthy upon arrival, that was not a big deal. I definitely plan to order from this shop again.”
