“I have ordered from succulent depot in the past in the past and had A great experience. I received some beautiful plants. That was 4 years ago and I still have those plants and they are thriving and doing very well. I just ordered a cotyledon ping pong and it arrived very healthy and robust. It is a strong healthy looking plant and I am very pleased and proud to own it :)”

“Both deliveries the items all arrived ok. I had one plant arrive with most of the larger leaves off and loose in the package. Also, the Bear claw plant arrived covered in the black dirt it was packaged with. And with that being a furry plant the dirt was all over it. I was able to dust most of it off and now that it has recovered from its shock it is doing well. Thank you Kim R.”

“2 out of 3 of my plants were great but one isnt looking so hot. My trailing jade and string of rain drops came as a complete plant with an attached root system but the ruby necklace came as a bunch of individual branches with hardly any roots to speak of. I tried to salvage as much as I could but 2 weeks later and it's not looking so good. The other two are doing great and I have even started to see new growth.”
