“I purchased 11 plants from Succulents Depot and all but one were delivered successfully. The plants are growing perfectly. The one that did not make it was somehow completely out of the pot and inside the paper. All of the dirt had fallen out so it was pretty much gone when I unwrapped it. It was covered in so much dirt that I couldn't tell what type of plant it was until I cleaned it up. It did eventually die. However, all others are doing well.”

“My plants arrived more or less dead. The plant and everything else were dry as a bone and I took many dead leaves off before planting. Half of the plant just sits lifeless Ben with fertilizer and repotting. I’ll never order from here again. Back to Etsy.”

“Considering the prices I would say not too bad! I placed an order July 11th, it was sent out July 15th, and I received it on July 19th. I will say I had selected the UPS option, but I received it through USPS. The packing was a bit messy, the dirt was falling out of the wrapped pots and package box from how dry it was. Considering that, I decided to repot all seven succulents: some in the same pot, some in different pots. After almost two weeks, the succulents are doing pretty good. Would I purchase again? Yes but not during the hottest months of the year 😅”
