“I got some pretty hard kept succs but there pretty badass i just hope they survive”

“My plants arrived with minimal damage. I got a prickly pear cactus and one pad is loose and floppy. I got a bunny ear cactus and it was kind of smooshed together so the pads are all bent. I also paid extra specifically for 2 day shipping and did not receive my item until 5 days after it shipped. When I received it, the label shows light parcel shipping from USPS and according to their website it can take 2-8 days or longer. Should not list it as "2 day shipping" and charge extra because normal shipping would take the same amount of time. It seems misleading and dishonest... Like they charged me extra for faster shipping and shipper still chose a slow shipping method to save money on their end. Probably would not do business again.”

“I wanted to wait until they were out of shock and happy. My first box did well. Shipped with love. Not your fault my post office people shoved it in box. I will say maybe the choices weren’t good for shipping. My crested was cracked and jagged. No biggie it props and grows. But my poor dunce cap was just obliterated. I’ve propped what I thought I could from reading and hoping for the best. But 3 out of 4 ain’t bad lol”

“My string of hearts I ordered came in and it was beautiful but it was a bit rough and I planted it but so far its not grown but I hope for the best! I thought was cute in its packaging and came fast!”

“They are great little plants, but I have not had success with the string of pearls in the past. I do have a green thumb with most all plants, but, Looks like one is already not doing well. I wish they would live and get to hang over a planter, but can't seem to make it that far.”

“The string of hearts came in perfectly, but my string of pears was soaking wet and now one by one the pearls are dying. I expected a little bit of shock from travel, but I suspect this plant might have root rot and i’m just hoping at least part of it will survive. Otherwise, really solid prices and quick shipping!”

“One plant is doing great and arrived in excellent condition. One plant arrived with a broken leaf and is failing. I'm so disappointed that both aren't doing as well as the first. The first one is doing beautifully”

“Your shipment estimates were way off I sent them to my mother's house because I was visiting her they arrived over a week late. So my mother who is not meant to be in the same room with a green thing is at this moment trying not to kill my new babies”

“I was happy with 3 of my succulents. I got them fast. I was dissatisfied with 2 of them. One came with no container and not enough soil. It was just wrapped in roots. The other had petals fallen off.”

“Although the plants were alive, and they came quickly, they were dry and a lot of the dirt had fallen out. I think the way they are packaged needs improvement.”

“Looks like it's moldy and it's squished. I don't know if I will be able to save it. I'm so disappointed. ETA: The company had worked with me to offer a replacement or a refund. As much as I would love a new one, I think the delay in it arriving would happen again. I wish the post office had gotten it here in a few days like they were supposed to & maybe this would not have happened. I am grateful for your employees acting fast with a resolution”
