“2 out of 3 of my plants were great but one isnt looking so hot. My trailing jade and string of rain drops came as a complete plant with an attached root system but the ruby necklace came as a bunch of individual branches with hardly any roots to speak of. I tried to salvage as much as I could but 2 weeks later and it's not looking so good. The other two are doing great and I have even started to see new growth.”

“The plants are beautiful and so far doing well. The packaging was not so good...all the dirt were out of the containers and all over the box. I understand that could happen during shipping but maybe pack them with less room to move around.”

“All plants are smashed some are broken. I was disappointed. I replanted with hope some of them will revive. Today I checked one is dead, poor thing. Maybe I ordered wrong item. No plant has name stick I don't know which one called what. Other place I ordered they put their name on every plant. I should take pictures when they came.”

“Was not delivered to the correct address. Customer service was of no help. Just stated the USPS said it was delivered. End of subject. I was finally able to track it down 4 blocks away from my house,”

“Considering the prices I would say not too bad! I placed an order July 11th, it was sent out July 15th, and I received it on July 19th. I will say I had selected the UPS option, but I received it through USPS. The packing was a bit messy, the dirt was falling out of the wrapped pots and package box from how dry it was. Considering that, I decided to repot all seven succulents: some in the same pot, some in different pots. After almost two weeks, the succulents are doing pretty good. Would I purchase again? Yes but not during the hottest months of the year 😅”

“Most of the succulents arrived as expected. However, the Tradescantia 'Nanouk' Pink Wandering Dude, was near dead. I am not sure if it will survive. I immediately potted and provided water. It does not appear as though it will be able to pull through. The rest of the order was great, outside of receiving duplicates through my monthly subscription order.”

“I placed my order on 7/5, it was shipped on 7/13 and arrived on 7/20. Dirt spilled out of the box when it was opened and all but the String of Pearls were covered in dirt. String of Pearls and Firecracker Echeveria look fine as in the advertised photos after the latter was cleaned. Mike's Fuzzy Wuzzy was listing badly to one side, a small section of the plant was broken, and the leaves furled inward. After watering it twice, the plant has straightened up and the leaves are beginning to unfurl. The Ruby Necklace is a larger plant than shown on the webpage but only the vines are pink. There are some small white spots on the plant, hopefully not mealy bugs. The Dream Dazzler looks the least healthy, appears to be slightly etiolated, 3 of the larger leaves out of the 16 on the plant are curled toward the center of the plant which has been watered twice in four days. The leaves are beginning to take on a pinkish cast which was not at all apparent when the plant arrived. If you are located in southern California, I suggest sending the plants directly rather than routing them through northern Washington and then to Oregon. I don't agree that all your plants can handle shipping durations of a week or longer easily.”

“My plants arrived with minimal damage. I got a prickly pear cactus and one pad is loose and floppy. I got a bunny ear cactus and it was kind of smooshed together so the pads are all bent. I also paid extra specifically for 2 day shipping and did not receive my item until 5 days after it shipped. When I received it, the label shows light parcel shipping from USPS and according to their website it can take 2-8 days or longer. Should not list it as "2 day shipping" and charge extra because normal shipping would take the same amount of time. It seems misleading and dishonest... Like they charged me extra for faster shipping and shipper still chose a slow shipping method to save money on their end. Probably would not do business again.”

“I wanted to wait until they were out of shock and happy. My first box did well. Shipped with love. Not your fault my post office people shoved it in box. I will say maybe the choices weren’t good for shipping. My crested was cracked and jagged. No biggie it props and grows. But my poor dunce cap was just obliterated. I’ve propped what I thought I could from reading and hoping for the best. But 3 out of 4 ain’t bad lol”

“My string of hearts I ordered came in and it was beautiful but it was a bit rough and I planted it but so far its not grown but I hope for the best! I thought was cute in its packaging and came fast!”

“They are great little plants, but I have not had success with the string of pearls in the past. I do have a green thumb with most all plants, but, Looks like one is already not doing well. I wish they would live and get to hang over a planter, but can't seem to make it that far.”
