“One plant arrived in not so good condition. I had to repot all the individual pieces. I hope it survives, I contacted them and have not gotten a response. The other was fine”

“Alot of them looked good, but about 4 or them looked shameful. Nothing like the pictures. Broken plants and plants that were damaged a while before shipping and not cleaned up a little before shipping just shipped in poor condition it looks like...not sure if I'll be back for a new order or not.”

“I found that Succulent Depot does not pack their succulents as well as some of there competitors. Three of the succulents I purchased were not in the pots but were loose in the box and pretty beat up. They are coming along but I should have received them in perfect condition.”

“Plants arrived with dark spots on leaves @ just didn't look like healthy plants. Potted immediately @ now those leaves are dropping. The plants have some babies so hoping these will continue to grow.”

“My lil friend (Christmas Cactus) arrived appearing a little tired from his journey (pretty much like I did last spring after a week of partying in the Bahamas). The packaging was damaged and the soil was bone dry. I immediately went into action and have been pampering with some extra TLC. He’s not yet up to par, but I’ve not given up yet. Still hoping he will pull though and become healthy and strong.”

“10 days till it was shipped. 5 more days in transit. Heat pack was ice block. Some of the dangling arms were frozen and are limp and some were cut off. It's starting to liven up. Shouldn't have bought in the winter. I learned my lesson.”

“Two plants arrived dead, they have not revived. I purchased a total of six plants and it is not a good ratio of live to dead plants. I doubt I will purchase plants again. It was terribly disappointing.”

“I think this is my last purchase. They've missed items before and when I let them know it was like the Spanish inquisition. This last time all of my wandering dudes were dead or nearly dead. I dare not complain because I’ll be accused again.”

“My crown of thorns arrived with water spots all over them. Already lost a handful of leaves. Customer service provided me with a link to remove them. My issue is why aren’t they removed before shipping?”

“I rated this experience a 3 only because the dolphin plant is the only one that is still alive. The tears and Mellon are both dead. They were all so poorly packed and bone dry when they arrived! I am so disappointed!the tears plant was dead when it arrived and was so small. I would never have sent that plant out to anyone in that condition. Hopefully the Dolphin will make it. It's looking really good and that's the only reason for the 3 star rating”

“Very disappointed on how my plants arrived. The wandering dude had very little soil around the roots, it was all up in the leaves. Bottom leaves looked like they had been shredded. Entire plant was very limp. The Kolanchoe was dry, all the soil was on the leaves and outer leaves were a mushy mess. Got them cleaned up and planted. Added very little water to Kolanchoe, same with the babies that I got off the mushy leaves. Still checking daily and praying over them. Might have to think really hard before ordering anything again.”
