“Plants were really dry. So I took off the dead leaves and watered. I'll see how they look in a week”

“I ordered 4 cactus and a heating pouch to keep them warm. (It’s very cold where I live right now.) When I received the items, the pouch wasn’t warm at all. On top of that the dirt from the pots was in the bottom of the box they were shipped in, the cactus had no soil in their pots. I had to repot all 4 of the cactus. I just hope they live. It’s too early to tell right now,”
