“Plants came quickly and heater still had some heat - over 72 hours later. Neatly wrapped but the plants died within the day of receiving them (I immediately got them indoors and since they were still moist and cold did not water or treat them yet)”

“Just please next time maybe put a sticker on the box so postman doesn't throw it around or tip it upside down my dirt was dry and my plant was pretty much out of the pot but it's coming back after some water thank you”

“They were all very healthy and good sized plants, but the soil was bone dry. I'm sure cacti and succulents can tolerate dry conditions but it surprised me. I wish the company would have let me know if this was normal or given me directions to hydrate. Nevertheless they are doing well. The plants were larger than I expected and have tolerated transplanting quite well.”

“I didn't like how dry my christmas cactus were when they arrived. I really didn't think they would make it. One was in really bad looking shape. Thankfully once potted and watered well they all did perk up and so far are doing well. Ordering and shipping were fine.”
