“Most of the succulents arrived as expected. However, the Tradescantia 'Nanouk' Pink Wandering Dude, was near dead. I am not sure if it will survive. I immediately potted and provided water. It does not appear as though it will be able to pull through. The rest of the order was great, outside of receiving duplicates through my monthly subscription order.”

“I ordered 19 plants in a big Birthday haul for myself and over all, it turned out well. I was skeptical based on reviews I read on other sites but I decided to go for it and I’m glad I did. The only thing that kept me from giving a five star review is that one of the plants I ordered was supposed to be rooted and it came with absolutely no roots, it was basically a cutting but without enough stem to pot it stably. The plants arrived looking a little sad but I transplanted them immediately and watered them and they perked right up. Be warned though, a lot of the soil was displaced, almost all of it in almost all of my plants. I ordered mostly 2” in pots and some of them the plant was completely hidden in soil, which didn’t bother me. At the end of the day I am please with my order and will be ordering again even though the shipping took a while (and I’m in the same state as the company)”

“The plants I received were what I ordered. They were alive. Some how in shipping the crested one had been spilled and was lying loose in the box. I was disheartened that it had no roots what so ever. I potted it anyhow and am hoping for the best. The other three plants were all in fair condition, still in the pots and doing well.”

“I placed my order on 7/5, it was shipped on 7/13 and arrived on 7/20. Dirt spilled out of the box when it was opened and all but the String of Pearls were covered in dirt. String of Pearls and Firecracker Echeveria look fine as in the advertised photos after the latter was cleaned. Mike's Fuzzy Wuzzy was listing badly to one side, a small section of the plant was broken, and the leaves furled inward. After watering it twice, the plant has straightened up and the leaves are beginning to unfurl. The Ruby Necklace is a larger plant than shown on the webpage but only the vines are pink. There are some small white spots on the plant, hopefully not mealy bugs. The Dream Dazzler looks the least healthy, appears to be slightly etiolated, 3 of the larger leaves out of the 16 on the plant are curled toward the center of the plant which has been watered twice in four days. The leaves are beginning to take on a pinkish cast which was not at all apparent when the plant arrived. If you are located in southern California, I suggest sending the plants directly rather than routing them through northern Washington and then to Oregon. I don't agree that all your plants can handle shipping durations of a week or longer easily.”
