“Succulents Depot has been outstanding in their attempts at relieving frustration over not having received my order. So grateful to them for their show of concern and making all right even though they were not at fault. REASON FOR NOT DELIVERING ONCE PLANT ARRIVED IN URBANA, ILLINOIS WAS THERE WAS NO STREET ADDRESS. NOT SURE HOW THIS COULD BE TRUE SINCE YOUR STORE HAD PROVIDED ALL INFO FOR DELIVERY. I did try to reach delivery department here but no response. Closed till Monday . So sad”

“I am overwhelmingly pleased with the 4" plants that I ordered: Tradescantia pallida 'Pale Puma' Wandering Dude and the Euphorbia trigona 'African Milk Tree.' Both plants arrived well packaged and in great condition. Both are in pots and putting out new leaves.”
