“Two of my plants were not in expected condition. One has recovered a couple weeks later, the other has not. It took them over a week to reply to my customer service message and I still have no resolution. Cannot recommend.”

“All the mini succulents arrived intact and well wrapped. I had to water them well since the potting mix was dry as dust but they seem to be acclimating and I hope to see some roots shortly! Good value for the variety-hoping for a 100% survival rate!”

“The extremely tiny succulents were sent in minature pots with soil. These were much smaller than I anticipated, and although packaged well, soil still ended up all over the inside of the box. I think they would have been better off being sent bareroot as the plants were completely dried up anyway.”
