“First plants were horrible. Neglected and can't believe anyone would ship them out to a customer. So they sent replacement plants. One of them wasn't bad, but the other had burnt leaves on the ends of some of the leaves and a trunk like a tree. Wanted both for an arrangement I wanted to make, but can't because of the one looking like a tree. Sorry, but will not buy succulents from them again.”

“My plant was very cute, but must have been bounced around a lot by shipper. It was out of the pot and just a little dirt around the roots. I repotted it and gave it some water, but it now has shriveled up.”
