“Service by Succulents Depot was prompt and plants were healthy. However, the delivery by the U.S. Postal Serive was terrible. Plants arrived upside down with dirt spilled everywhere. I realize this mode of shipping is probably the most cost effective, but it is not very product-friendly. Unfortunately, shipping by other private carriers isn't always good either. I've seen some of these carriers literally throw boxes of merchandise into the trucks.”

“Satisfied. Not quite as pretty as pictures nor as pretty as artificial succulents. Then to transfer to pretty pots with color was a bit of work. But now I can enjoy them.”

“I love my little plants, but the way they were packaged was a huge mess. I'd suggest you get some of those plastic Easter eggs and that would save a lot of the mess and would conserve the dirt in the little pots. But again the plants are beautiful 😁”

“I gave a four because I would like to see my blue sedum and Atlantis sedum take off to fill in around my rain barrel,but will post in a year.They are companion plants for my other Atlantis sedum which was a aloner plant and now has company.”

“Arrived alive, but a little weary. I potted it (bare root) and in a couple if days it was perked back up. Totally a different experience than the one I am having with Chinese fake front shops online. The first one I ordered never arrived even though the crappy tracking said it was delivered. The second one big sale item has been sitting in the local post office for 4 days after taking 25 days in transit! I sure the plants will be alive and perky. More like dried up and dead.”

“I loved all my little succys...they were wrapped with care, but I wish they would have been all placed in the upright position, as some of them were quite full of soil and some even burried in the bottom of the little 2" pot. They are still "resting" and will transplant soon into a beautiful succulent garden dish ! I'm so excited ! Thank you !”
